stat! | ![]() |
stat! was designed to help keep track of the three main scene
statistics: vertices, polygons, and lights. It was later expanded to give a list of all
recognisable objects so you can see exactly which polyhedron is taking the biggest chunk
of those 9 zillion scene polys ;)
The window doesn't update automatically; traversing the scene can take a while so stat!
only updates when you click the window.
faq: Why can't I click on an object name in stat! to select an object in the scene? Why isn't it a hierarchical list?
stat! is not meant to be a way to go through your scene. With the
KFE in trueSpace 3.1, and the trueView plugin, you have plenty of other ways to get a
hierarchical view for easy navigation. stat! was created to quickly show you the most
needed statistics, nothing more.
